Analyst – Financial Modelling (M&A)

Location: Amsterdam / Singapore

Description:

We are looking for an Analyst with expertise in financial modelling related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The ideal candidate will assist in developing complex financial models that support our strategic decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed financial models for M&A transactions.
• Conduct industry research and analysis.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field;
• Proficiency in Excel is essential;
• Experience with financial modeling preferred;
  
• CFA is a pré.
